Any digital replica of a performer is the studio and the cast’s decision, made under their union agreement, and it is never bundled into our price or assumed by our software. We build the tools around that permission, not through it.

We do not check up on the artist.

Department numbers stay private to the department that made them. They aggregate upward as an estimate for the assistant director, never as a named ranking of who was fastest. This is a tool for advocacy, not surveillance.

We never touch payroll.

No payroll, no residuals, no benefits, no timecards that decide what someone is paid. We export to the systems you already run, from the first day you use us.

Your production’s data stays yours.

If you stop working with us, your data does not evaporate on a countdown. You can take it with you, in a form other software can read.
